Cheers & Graze with Charm (Chelsea Harms) is organizing a free meal distribution for Muscatine students and families. 800+ sack meals will be available—no income requirements, no forms, no questions asked.

When: Monday, November 3, 2025 | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Where: Zion Lutheran Church, 513 Sycamore St, Muscatine

What’s Included: Each sack contains a sandwich, fruit, snacks, and shelf-stable items (ramen, applesauce, chips).

Who Can Attend: Any child or family who needs a meal. Multiple meals per family welcome.

Volunteers Needed: Help is welcome anytime between 11 AM – 6 PM for meal assembly, food distribution, setup, and cleanup. Drop in for any amount of time.

About This Event: Community-funded grassroots effort that raised $4,200 in four days through donations from Members Community Credit Union, Mairet Farms, Hy-Vee, Fareway, and individual neighbors. Today’s turnout will determine if this becomes a recurring program.
