For more than 25 years, Mary’s Kitchen at Pearl City Outreach has been serving Muscatine neighbors with free hot meals throughout the week and food baskets for families in need. Each year, they host special community dinners for Thanksgiving and Christmas, serving hundreds of guests in the dining room and delivering meals to shut-ins across the area. During the Christmas celebration, children receive gifts—including those with incarcerated parents—so that every child can experience the joy of the season.
